How to buy a PRE horse?
A step-by-step guide to buying a horse at our stud farm, from the initial inquiry to the horse’s arrival at its new home.
Tell us about yourself and the horse you are looking for
To find the best option for you, we need to know some key details:
✔ Your age, height, riding experience, and any physical limitations (fitness level, back or hip problems, weight, etc.). Ideally, you could provide us a video of yourself riding
✔ Your goals: What do you want the horse for? What do you expect from it?
✔ Your budget (if you have one in mind, it speeds up the search).
✔ The characteristics of the horse you are looking for:
• Breed, sex, height, age, color.
• Type (traditional Baroque or modern FEI dressage style).
• Training level and temperament.
• Future use (competition, leisure, breeding, etc.).

Horse evaluation – In person or remotely
When a horse interests you, you can come to Spain to see it in person or make the purchase remotely.
✔ If you can’t travel, we can send detailed videos on request, showing the horse in different situations:
• Riding in the field, in the stable, and interacting with people.
• Complete information: age, dressage level, character, health, diet, and routines.

Visit and Organizing your visit to Spain
If you decide to travel, we will help coordinate all details so that the visit is as simple and effective as possible.
In our stables, you will have the opportunity to see how the horses live and try the ones you are interested in calmly.
Veterinary examination
✔ If you wish to do a veterinary check, you can send your own vet to perform the examination.
✔ If you need contact for a vet in Spain, we can help you find one.
✔ Our horses are usually examined by veterinarians before starting training, performing a complete radiological study.
Payment for the horse
Before the horse leaves the stud, the payment must be completed.
Documentation and transport
We take care of preparing all necessary export documentation.

Arrival of your new horse
